We’re meeting up with Arturo, a member of the Shimano Neutral Service in Spain, as he supports riders during a tough stage of La Vuelta Femenina. Arturo has found a way to be a part of the sport he loves so much at the highest possible level. Even if it means he’ll spend quite some time away from home.
